How do I choose the right plan?

Basic brings together your CRM, websites and messaging. Add the Chatbot for website conversations, the Receptionist for calls, or choose the Bundle for both.

What does every plan include?

Unlimited contacts, pipelines, websites, AI apps and connected social accounts, plus 1,000 emails, 250 US SMS and 250 email verifications per month.

Are AI conversations unlimited?

Chatbot and Bundle include unlimited chat sessions, with 500 AI agent messages, 50 assistant credits and 20 media credits per month. Sessions and message allowances are different.

How many phone numbers are included?

Basic and Chatbot include one US phone number. Receptionist and Bundle include two US phone numbers and support two concurrent calls.

What happens if I use more?

Usage above the included monthly amounts is billed as overage. Ask Auxly for the applicable rates before choosing a plan.

Can I pay yearly?

Yes. Every plan offers monthly and yearly billing. Choose Yearly above to see the monthly equivalent and the full amount billed annually. Yearly prices equal ten monthly payments.
